Privacy, in plain words
This page says what Our Little Two keeps, what happens to your voice, and who can see your baby’s log. It describes the app as it works today.

What we keep
- Your account: your email address and your name, from Clerk, the sign-in service we use.
- Your child: a name, a date of birth (or a due date), and sex at birth if you choose to add it.
- A profile photo of your child, if a Parent adds one. We keep it in our database with the rest of your child’s log. Only your child’s Care Team can see it, and it is deleted when a Parent removes it. This is one picture for your child’s profile, not a photo journal.
- Your time zone, so every time in the log is right where you live.
- The log: every feed, sleep, diaper and other entry, with who added it and when.
- The words you say or type to the app, as text, with how we read them.
- Who is on your child’s Care Team, their role, and the email address of anyone you invite.
Our commitments
- We do not sell your personal data.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we delete within 30 days.
What happens to your voice
- When you hold to talk, the app sends the recording to the TinyOps server.
- Our server sends the audio to OpenAI, which turns it into text.
- We do not keep the recording. It is held in memory for that one request, never written to disk or to our database.
- We keep the text, linked to your child’s log.
- To understand the sentence, our server sends the text, the list of things you track and your local time to an OpenAI model. The audio is not part of that request.
- When you ask a question, such as “When did she last eat?”, the answer is worked out by our own code from your log.
Who can see it
Each child has a Care Team. Everyone on it can read that child’s whole log. What else they can do depends on their role:
- A Parent adds entries, sets goals and manages who is on the team.
- A Caregiver, such as a grandparent or a nanny, adds entries.
- A Provider, such as a pediatrician, sets goals, and adds entries only if a Parent allows it.
- If someone is removed from the team, they lose access. The entries they added stay in the log, still marked as theirs.
