Track every feed, breast or bottle, without stopping

What does a feeding tracker do?

A feeding tracker records each feed: when it happened, how much or how long, and whether it was breast or bottle, so you know when she last ate and when the next feed is due.

Our Little Two logs bottles in ounces and nursing by side with a running timer, then tells you which side to start on next time.

Feeds, logged with one free hand

The problem

Feeds come around the clock, usually with one arm full and the lights low. Which side was last? Was that bottle 3 ounces or 4? How long has it been? Writing it down is the first thing that slips.

How it works

  1. For a bottle, say "She drank 4 ounces of formula at 2:10", or tap Feed and pick the amount.
  2. For nursing, say "Nursing left" to start a session. Say "switch" when you change sides and "done" when she finishes.
  3. On iPhone, start from the Action Button or the lock-screen widget. A Live Activity keeps the timer and side on the lock screen.
  4. When the session closes, the minutes on each side land in one entry and the next-side line updates.

What changes

At the next feed you already know the side and how long it has been. If her feed Goal has a longest gap, your iPhone can nudge you shortly before it is due.

A nursing session in progress: the side, the minutes, and Switch and Done under one thumb.

Pumping sits right next to her feeds

Pumping has its own Track. Say "Pumped 3 ounces, both sides" and it is logged beside the feeds, so the expressed milk in a later bottle has a clear history.

Built for the feeds you actually do

  • Bottles in ounces

Log the amount and whether it was formula or expressed milk. Today's total adds up as you go.

  • Nursing by side

Start, switch and finish by voice or with a tap. Every phone and browser on her team shows the same timer.

  • On the lock screen

On iPhone the timer and the side stay on the lock screen and Dynamic Island, with Switch and Done.

  • Which side next

A line like "Start on the right, last was left 2h ago" is worked out from her last nursing feed.

  • A reminder with answers on it

Before the next feed is due, a notification offers Left, Right and Bottle. One press starts the log.

  • Forgot to say done?

At 45 minutes it asks once if she is still nursing. At an hour it closes the session and marks the end time as estimated.

  • Log it later

Say "She nursed left for ten minutes an hour ago" and the entry lands at the right time.

  • Pumping by amount and side

Ounces plus left, right or both, kept with the rest of her day.

Questions parents ask

Does it tell me how much she should eat?

No. The targets are Goals that you and her pediatrician set. The app keeps count against them and says how far you are from each one.

Do I need an iPhone for the session timer?

No. The timer runs on the web too. The lock-screen Live Activity and the feed reminder are iPhone features.
